What is the Scroll Speed Test?

The scroll speed test is a fun utility designed to benchmark your scrolling device—whether that's a standard mouse wheel, an "infinite" free-spinning scroll wheel, a laptop trackpad, or a mobile touchscreen. We've created an infinitely long virtual container, and you have exactly 15 seconds to scroll down as far as humanly (or mechanically) possible.

Your score is measured in pixels. To give you an idea of scale, an average 1080p monitor is 1080 pixels tall. So, if you score 10,800 pixels in this test, you've essentially scrolled through 10 full screens of content in just 15 seconds!

This tool is particularly popular among users of Logitech mice equipped with the 'Hyper-Fast Scroll Wheel' (like the MX Master series or G502), which can be unlocked to spin freely for several seconds. How to Use the Scroll Speed Test

Start Scrolling: Hover your mouse inside the virtual container and scroll down once to start the 15-second timer.
Scroll Fast: Use your mouse wheel, trackpad, or touch screen to scroll down as fast as possible.
Unlock Your Wheel: If your mouse has a hyper-fast free-spinning wheel (like Logitech mice), unlock it and give it a hard flick!
Record Distance: After 15 seconds, your total distance scrolled in pixels will be recorded.
